KURZ is starting a design revolution in the home – with a completely new color scheme and metallic designs that can be produced highly efficiently using hot stamping. Interior walls, compartments, and strips can be partially or fully finished – tailored to customer requirements and with extraordinary lighting effects.
Luxury Coffee Machine Concept
Everyday luxury. This is ensured by sophisticated decorations on glass and plastic surfaces, such as our high-quality dark marble design. A look that emphasizes the monolithic character of the coffee machine – and appeals to more than just the sense of taste. The front display made of real glass with PolyTC® touch sensors and hidden-til-lit backlighting effect also promises premium visual enjoyment.
Smart Heat Pump Tower Concept
Home, smart home. Whether it's the body or the display: KURZ's ultra-thin surface decorations give modern heat pumps a functional and aesthetic upgrade.
The bezel: for example, matte and smoked with hologram light line design. Sustainability meets beauty. A cosmetic jar made from innovative bio-based material becomes a high-quality statement – in a single process step. Shimmering metallic decorations are applied using DDD (Direct Digital Decoration) and Conical inLINE FOILING (CiF): an example of highly individualized design and highly efficient production possibilities based on new packaging materials.

3K Injection Molding in Combination with VARIOFORM®
Injection Molding and Decoration of a Headlight – KURZ
Live demo: 3K injection molding and decoration of a headlight in combination with VARIOFORM® on a KraussMaffei GXW 650 machine. The forming technology takes place as a deep-drawing process in the mold. The component is picked up and carried along with flying clamping frames, so that only what fits is finished. Advantages:
efficient production in a single step, resulting in energy savings and sustainable use of resources through the use of recycled material. For special protection against scratches, stone chips, or yellowing due to UV radiation, the component can also be coated directly with PUR – in the same mold.
Functional Foil Bonding Adhesive
FFB Adhesive Process – BAIER
Live demo: integration of mini LEDs from ams OSRAM into rear end components on a BAIER machine using the KURZ FFB adhesive process – also suitable for sensitive surfaces, 3D geometries, and LED labels. Advantage: the next assembly steps can be carried out immediately.

Bio-Packaging Jar Finishing – ISIMAT
Live demo: combination of digital printing and metallization in a single process step on innovative bio-packaging material from Weimako thanks to patented Conical inLINE FOILING technology. Perfect for finishing round or conical containers. Advantages: unparalleled flexibility, optimized production processes, seamless integration into existing processes, and high recyclability. For greater efficiency and less environmental impact.
